Staying at the beautiful Stargate Forest on 40 acres of your own private native bush, each morning during the retreat you will have time to connect with nature and enjoy the optional yoga sessions. Purpose-filled workshops, learning the 1pageplan collection of tools, energy healing, and authentic sharing, will allow you to connect, release and reinvigorate your level of inner knowing and self-trust.

The magic won’t end there. This is more than just a 3-day retreat; it is a 6-week journey of inner growth with your new retreat family. After sharing the beautiful three days with your new retreat family, you will stay connected and supported with six-week group coaching support to build greater inner trust and long-lasting new habits. You will feel in charge, guided and unstoppable.

The six-week journey includes three Zoom group coaching calls and ten online video modules to keep the experience and self-reflection alive and nurture the soul with powerful tools to support your new focus, habits and refocused energy. This new clarity will support the establishment of new behaviours in daily life that will invigorate your purpose and knowing. After you leave the retreat, having this support system is a powerful way to create long-lasting change. Staying connected to your retreat family will keep you supported and motivated as we continue the journey together.

As well as revising what is essential to you and how to achieve your 2023 intentions, you will learn the proven emotional fitness and energy tools to get out of your head and maintain your inner trust when facing obstacles and negative emotions. You will be empowered to understand the energy systems driving our heads and heart.

Inner Trust Journey

Together with using the 1pageplan collection of electronic tools on any smartphone to clarify the emotions that drive your outcomes – to move from head to heart-based goals or intentions and prioritise life balance and actions based on flow – you will also learn the energy formula and how to ensure your daily time is spent on energy-enriching tasks, releasing any energy-draining habits/actions in your life. Supported by this collection of proven tools for releasing blocked energy and unwanted habits, you will start a more fulfilling 2023 empowered with new focus, energy and vitality.

From Our Kitchen

You can’t beat preparing a meal with a view of the forest valley below and piwakawaka flitting around outside!

Full kitchen and cooking facilities for your use, including full-size fridge and freezer, induction stove top, oven and microwave

Some basic pantry items will be available for you to use (Coffee, Tea, Olive Oil, Spices).

Our Room

Every guest will have their own bath towel and spa towel provided, and all 5 rooms have heated towel rails.

In the house, three bedrooms will sleep up to 11 guests (including the sofa bed in the library)

The Master Bedroom with ensuite has a king bed with the option for larger groups to sleep up to four guests with the king single and single bed. While they are full beds with top-quality mattresses, they are a trundler, so stack on top of each other to look like a sofa in the massive master bedroom.

The Queen Room sleeps up to two guests with a queen bed.

The Lighthouse (upstairs bedroom) can sleep up to three guests. The two single beds can be zipped together to become a delightful Super King bed, plus there is also a single portable bed that can be made up.

The library contains a sofa bed that can sleep 2.

There are two newly built cabins outside the house that can sleep up to three guests each. These each contain a double bed lower bunk and single bed top bunk set up. Each with its own toilet and outdoor private shower.
